Urban Farmer recently hosted a group of its key clients from Kenya and Zambia in South Africa.
The guests participated in a technical workshop hosted by Urban Farmer, as well as the Animal Feed Manufacturers Association (AFMA) symposium, World Poultry Science Association (WPSA) technical day, numerous meet-and-greet opportunities, and factory and farm visits.
The Urban Farmer technical day was supported by Urban Farmer’s partners; The Poultry Practice and Swine Nutrition Management, and addressed topics related to nutrition, health and management.
The AFMA symposium and WPSA technical day were supported by record numbers of participants and highlighted the scale, scope and sophistication of the South African feed and poultry industries to Urban Farmer’s guests.
The visit afforded Urban Farmer and its guests the opportunity to spend valuable time together; learning and enjoying each other’s company.
