Congratulations to Ronel van der Westhuizen on her appointment as Operations Coordinator for P3NC (Pty) Ltd. P3NC is a joint venture between Urban Farmer and SwiNE Nutrition Management and is a company focused on providing specialised nutritional solutions for piglets. (www.p3nc.co.za) 

Ronel started with Urban Farmer in 2017 as an Operations Assistant and moved through the ranks to her final position of Logistics Manager. Ronel was instrumental in developing the current systems within the logistics department and for training and developing her colleagues. The opportunity to join P3NC offers Ronel a new, personal, challenge as well as introducing some much-needed operational experience into the new company.
