Urban Farmer is proud to announce the opening of a new office in Glen Manor Office Park situated in Menlyn, Pretoria.
Despite many businesses opting for a hybrid- or remote-working arrangement post COVID, Urban Farmer still places great store on the value and importance of being in office. We have therefore decided to buck the trends and persevere with a predominantly work-from-work arrangement.
“Having an office, but more importantly creating the right work environment, is important for us, especially during this time of growth for Urban Farmer where new employees require mentoring and training. Our office is the space where Urban Farmer’s culture and values are manifested, and where an example is set of what it means to be a part of the Urban Farmer team,” Steven Payne.
That’s not to say that COVID didn’t highlight the value of an employee’s time and the wastefulness of hours spent driving to and from work every day. It is for this reason that Urban Farmer elected to open its second office in Pretoria to accommodate its growing team. The new office will be more accessible to Urban Farmer’s Pretoria-based employees and will house the technical and sales teams. The operations and finance teams will continue to work from the Kempton Park offices.
For Urban Farmer, it’s business as usual. The kettle’s on!
