UFU Livestock Solutions recently organised a successful Poultry Breeder Day Seminar at Pope Paul VI Memorial Hotel on 2nd August 2025 for breeder farmers across Uganda.
This day was aimed at strengthening farmer knowledge as well as improving farm productivity. The seminar served as a platform to share expert knowledge, practical insights, and the latest advancements in breeder management. Key areas covered during the seminar included breeder flock management, brooding, hatchery management, nutrition, disease control and vaccination programs.
At the seminar we highlighted, Urban Farmer’s commitment to supporting farmers with expert knowledge. Our goal as UFULS and Urban Farmer is to equip and empower Poultry breeders with the right skills and knowledge to meet the growing demand for quality poultry products in Uganda.
The event concluded with an interactive session, where farmers shared experiences and discussed practical solutions to common challenges, reinforcing a collaborative approach to industry growth.
